House B

The client has bought a house in “Art Deco” style in Brussels. The project allows creating a warm and complete refurbished house with an extension to the garden in the Ground Floor, several bathrooms, rooms, atelier, office and dressing rooms in the rest of the house. The rain water is collected to supply the sanitary. Heat solar collectors are placed in the roof, and the heating is a low energy gas heating system (with condensation recuperation). The insulation of the roof is completely redone with a high thickness. All the furniture is designed on measure to fit the space and create a harmony in the house.
