Interior spaces should be diversified, a great occupation flexibility should be created, and natural light should highly be used. For all these reasons, the winning competition project (between 6 architects) created a nice office space on the three last floors of the 250 avenue Louise in Brussels for one of the biggest Belgian Law firms. These 3 levels relate to inner wood staircases. Each lawyer office has wooden cupboards which creates a separation with the corridor. A higher glazing section allowed natural light to illuminate the corridor. A public space is developed on the 10th floor, and the Lawyers area are on the 11th and 12th floors with meeting rooms. The materials were chosen with care to provide a calm and natural working atmosphere.
